Maybe you can stacked points in case LLR points shows up, even for once, you can claim all the points from one countdown (927 LLR points for 1854 NY Points).

So if I buy a hour 4 bonus for example do I get 15 per skill game I complete all 50 skill games or only for 1

with 1k FPs and 3k gems it’s possible to get him. You can buy doubler 4 times and play skill games as much as you can. But if I were you, I will buy him through the market, and use the resources (FB and gems) for something else.
You must complete 2 countdown offers (09 – 00), so at minimum you need 2 x 1854 = 3704 points in order to get CM Sensi.
IMO for f2p, the best rewards are LLR Points, because you can claim Messi or Hazard if you have stacked up LLR Points and have gems to buy 2-4 doublers (2,5k – 5k gems).

Depend on what you want and the need of your team. I will go for Messi because I can sell him for more than 20M. You can get Sensi from the market maybe less than 5-10M in one or two days. If you want go to SB, than Snowflake points maybe the best option.
