No one knows. It’s all about supply and demand. If many people claimed Aguero, his prices will go down because of more supply. And vice versa. This applies to all players.

97ovr player can be achieved with an extra 10-12.5k gems . A lot of people have gems stacked up and would claim 97 over player. So is it better to not use gems and get coins (16 mil from 4k blank masks) instead of player? How much do you think 97 ovr player will cost in market after a week or so after the event?
Sorry but your calculation is wrong, we only will get 670 Blank Masks (502 if without coin packs), so if we trade them for coins we will only get 2.7M, not 16M. So still 97 OVR player any day.

My current team is 4-2-4. Mane 93, mbappe 95, messi 95, lozano 92, kante 93, oxl 93, alba 89, de ligt 93, ramos trained upto 95, TAA 93. So am not much interested to fill a spot in my team. But interested to get some good value players for selling in future for good money(Chemistry is not at all a concern for me as i do play more H2H than VSA).
As per the math In f2p we can get 2-3 93ovr player or 1 97 ovr player(according to EA). So what do yu suggest for how to approach this particular event?

If you have 10k – 12.5 gems, than IMO go for 1x 97 OVR Player. Because 97 OVR is more difficult to claim (you have to buy all coin packs and also require additional blank masks from Masquerade or spending gems), most likely the price will be more expensive than 2x 93 OVR players that can be claimed easily (without the need for coin packs or gems).
